Defoam-10 is a 10% active silicone emulsion foam control agent that consistently outperforms non-silicone products:

By adding just a small amount of DeFoam-10, you can eliminate unsightly surface foam in swimming pools and spas. DeFoam-10 is compatible with all commonly used sanitizer chemicals and systems. DeFoam-10 is effective under a wide variety of pH conditions and provides a stable product that is easily dispersed as supplied or when diluted.
NOTE: Air leaks in the pool or spa suction line can aggravate foaming problems associated with quaternary algaecides. If foam does not dissipate after continued use of DeFoam-10, checking for air leaks is suggested.
